This blog dusty and abandoned? No way! As I do not have my own blog, let me at least blow the first layer of dust away at this one;)! I think this is only my second post here...so, i might be one of the reasons this blog is now called dusty and abandoned...but my rather boring life may excuse my discretion. I don't want you guys fall asleep while reading my posts! I'm a regularly reader, tho...that must count something! But now...let's get started!
Yesterday happened my very own and very little Sthlm reunion to take place...But let's start from the beginning: I'm writing on my exposé for my thesis right now...it's due on next wednesday...and so far I have not too much :) But there's still time... Anyway, because of this i'm sitting in a small library here at University of Cologne pretty much every day. And usually i do not leave this place except in order to satisfy human needs (i.e. getting food and getting rid of foot ;) ) But yesterday I left my cosy lib to make a phone call...and at this very second, Austrian Felix (the guy who lived with his girlfriend at Saltis) was looking for our International Relations Center. We bummed right into each other. You were nearly speachless :) I have to tell you that Cologne university is quite huge...it's absolutely normal that you meet people once...and after that never again...so, meeting a guy who's only a few hours at Cologne university is quite a coincidence.
Of course, we went for lunch together in our "mensa" (huge cafeteria). Felix is doing an internship at Germanwings in Stuttgart. He traveled to Cologne in order to do a CEMS spanish test which he failed before in Vienna. But he didn't tell anyone of the Cologne connection. But I tell you...if anyone is thinking of coming to CGN without telling...forget it! One of us will track you down! We had a really nice time together and after having a coffee together he rushed to hopefully pass his test and i went back to my thesis...
I'm so excited of happening something interesting in my life...i had to share it ;)! I hope you are all doing great!...and don't forget to post from time to time...!
Love,
Christian

ah, it's alive!! :D
Thank you, Christian, for that breath of fresh air... :)
And, it's really cool, running into Felix - I haven't seen him for a few months now, but I'm glad someone did :))...
What are the odds???
And keep blowing the fresh air! I know a few more people who are Overdue on posting (you know who you are!!!)!
I miss you guys!!
Like crazy mooshy getting-all-sentimental kind of MISS YOU ALL type of missing... *grin*
It's 2am so I'm gonna snooze now, but I will return with a gd post... soon. =)
Hahaha, mega LOL! Chris the Tyran, the auditing and control freak soul tracked Fleix down, off course. We habe our super spy system in Cologne. Not it's not called Big Brother, it's called C-H-R-I-S. Great story, really laughing over here in Madrid. And yes, it's true, never try to come to Cologne without telling us! ;)
And if any CEO is reading this? Don't try one of those Enron tricks in your balance sheet, C-H-R-I-S is on its way and will track you down!!!
Another reunion is going to happen today. Swiss Chris and Tobias are coming to Madrid in a couple of hours. Alberto (for sure) and hopefully Erica and all the other Madrid Holm guys will be there, too.
Going to be a cool weekend!
Hej da!
